Do I have to pay to return the item?

If you are returning an item which is faulty or exchanging shoes for a different size, we will refund you the delivery cost of returning it. Please let us know the delivery cost when you return the goods. If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange (other than shoe size exchange), then the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
