Can I change my order?

Please go to your order history (you will need to be logged in). Please click on 'Contact us about this order' and provide us with the following information:
  • Select an appropriate department (usually support)
  • What you would like to change, eg delivery address.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the changes you request. One of our customer services team will contact you to let you know if it is possible to accommodate your request. If your order has been despatched, you will need to return the goods once you receive them.
